Gary Yourofsky is one of the most active and inspiring figures in the field of ethical veganism. He became vegan at the age of 25 – in 1995, when he began giving lectures at universities about veganism and animal rights. Between 2002 and 2012, he delivered 2,388 lectures to more than 60,000 people at 178 schools in 30 states. His legendary 2010 lecture at the Georgia Institute of Technology has been seen by almost everyone interested in this topic.
