It Never Ended.. (2018)

An unconventional activist documentary was shot in its entirety by Casper Hilt during a "vigil" organized by the ToruĊ„ local group of the international Animal Save Movement network. A vigil is a reverent act held in front of a slaughterhouse, in this case, a slaughterhouse near the Polish city of Kutno. The activists aim to draw public attention to the unnecessary killing of animals, the poor conditions in which they are kept and transported, film footage that confirms these claims, and give the first and last loving caresses to the frightened animals that will soon end up in the slaughterhouse.

On April 8, 2021, Cruelty Free International published a testimony from a former employee of Vivotecnia, a Spanish laboratory. The video shows evidence of animal cruelty committed by the employees, as well as a violation of Spanish and European animal protection laws. The animals, including dogs, monkeys, pigs, and others, are kept in bare cages and treated with absolute disrespect by the employees. They are subjected to physical violence, ridicule, and taunts, which further increases their suffering, already caused by the experiments themselves and the stress and pain they endure.
